Dwarf Sperm Whale- Kogia simus- These odd little whales keep a low profile and are rarely observed at sea, but we encountered them on a couple of trips this spring.  Told from the similar Pygmy Sperm Whale by the more prominent dorsal fin.  Photo © Steve NG Howell
